The consulting service for food manufacturers, wholesale or retail trade and other customers is directed by their specific needs. Due to this, the consulting service is constantly realigned and adapted. The experiences for the respective consultation project are based on research projects, conversations with experts and searches on the Internet and in the literature.

Here, long-standing experiences from the strategy consultation, the assortment creation, the production of goods and the brand management add themselves to a holistic concept. Manufacturers of organic products as well as the retail trade (food retailing as well as specialised trade) are coached in all questions. At the moment, the experts are especially active in the training of the staff of food retailing. Here it is very important to train the staff target-oriented. The aim is not the transmission of an ideology and a conviction "organic is better ", but to train them to competent employees which can answer the questions of the customer with enthusiasm. |
